PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
Cable Vulcanizers are used to bake the rubber in and around the cable. Essential for all repairs and cable joints/splices. Suitable for cable sizes from: 80mm-130mm diameter cable.

The key factor to repairing dragline cables is the amount of pressure required for a successful repair. Our gearbox pressure system allows for evenly applied compression for a high quality repair. The system has benefits over heavy and immobile hydraulic systems as our unit can be easily moved. And it eliminates the deafening sound of the traditional 'bolts and rattle gun' solution.
